Samsung dryer pulley improved

Samsung dryers have a horrible pulley design that fails after about a year or normal use. The factory pulley has a metal-on-metal bearing that eventually has the grease fail and then it gets hot and melts the plastic.
The replacement pulley is designed to have 3 skateboard bearings pushed into the center, and then bolted onto the factory armature.
Use a drill press to drill out the existing metal post for the original pulley, then use a nut and bolt with a stack of washers to space this one a
