This is a lightweight adapter to put a 5015 fan on a parts-cooler like e.g. the bullseye from David Petsel.
Update: Added a 39° angled version to fit the Ender 3 - Direct Drive Adapter by benawhite. This version has no attachment to screw on. Fix with tape, glue or check if the pressfit works.
