Doorman with fixes and improvements

The original doorman was a great idea, however, there were too many errors in the files.

Latest change is eyeholder v4, eyeballs were lowered 1mm to increase clearance to eyelids. I also added Mask v2 which has 2 small shelves under the eyes for Red LED's. This has not been printed yet, but it should work with no suppo
