Blade Less Fan_S (BLF) - No support

0.4 nozzle / 0.2 layers = good quality but very long time.
0.8 nozzle / 0.4 layers = not bad.

I used translucent PLA and 0.8 nozzle / 0.4 layers
Please print without support.

You need a turbo fan when you make it. (50x50x15 / 12V)
You can also produce without the middle wing.
Fix it with a toothpick.(about 7mm)
Use glue guns or 3D Pen to mesh the gaps.
