MK10 bed sensor adaptor Wanhao D9

Adaptor for using the larger M-18 inductive sensors (8mm sensing distance on steel) in place of the M-12 (4mm sensing distance). This allows the stock 2.2mm borosilicate glass that comes with the Wanhao D9 to be placed directly on the aluminum bed and actually be recognized by the sensor!
