After a few prints, and adjustments, I believe this is the finished product v5.
After changing some settings on my printer, its not as accurate, so I have included a file for anyone with the same issues, giving a little extra tolerance.

I created this to be used with a USB breakout board, to wire into a raspberry pi mounted inside an SNES
