Pen Stand 04

We still have more pens, so we clearly need more pen holders. This is a riff on another pen stand we can't find now, but it held not a single pen we had, so we made this one as a drop-in replacement. Still too skinny for Sharpies but fine for our typical rollers. We'll make one more that'll support fatter pens, probably with some minor design tweaks.

(Where's Pen Stand 01 you ask? We do not speak of Pen Stand 01.)
