Was having problems printing at speed, Vibrations due to quick motions of the carriage were causing the Frame plate to vibrate.
This was created in an attempt to help lessen the vibrations in the Prusa i3 aluminum plate and help improve print quality at speed.
Its helped a little but its still work in progress at the moment......

Widened where it locates onto the threaded bar, this really made it more solid.
