This tool is required for some shower drainage traps (1.5" inch size) to assemble and dis-assemble.
To tighten correctly, Hand tighten and add a quarter of turn.
It is not required for cleaning. For cleaning only, remove the chrome grid and turn the inner dip tube anti-clockwise and pull upwards.
