InMoov Bicep/Rotgear Ribbon Cable Protection Mod

I had problems with the InMoov Bicep Piston chewing up my ribbon cable, so I modified RotGear to include a dedicated channel for the ribbon.

I then had to make the Bicep Piston smaller and modify the Bicep Cylinder too.

Note: - You may need to file down one of the M3 nut capture port inside rotgear to allow the ribbon to slide around smoothly. A little grease (same used for the ball bearings) doesn't hurt either.
