***V5 has threads and should be printed vertically.
V4 can be printed horizontally and using a lighter to soften the material before cutting threads with your fitting is recommended.
V6 is just a exercise for me to learn fusion 360. Its 1mm higher to make the plate stiffer and raise it into new teeth on your extruder. Trim PTFE exactly to the print because its made to fully support the filament. Print it vertical for threads that came out great. ***
