Michigan Pen Cap

Someone else has something on here like this but I didn't like there version at all. So here is mine designed to be able to be put on the end of a pen. Sorry for how small it is, I don't know why all my stls are super small. Also including the circle I based it around as it's own thing so you can print it quickly to see what you need to scale it to.
