A cable chain I designed for my CR10-S4 with an aftermarket direct-drive extruder (E3D Titan Aero), 12 links plus the bracket will bring the chain across the full length of the X axis. 8 or 9 should be enough for the CR10(S).

The mount is designed to be screwed onto the extruder mounting plate of the CR10 with M3x8mm screws and nuts.
