The A5 is a pretty good printer afterall.
A lot of good points and of course some not so good.
For me the first one one is the stiffness of the Z grantry. That's less than what we can find on a CR10 or a Tevo tornado and other clones by far.
So the aim of this design is to increase the Z gantry stiffness to reduce as possible layer offset / shifting.
What you need:
- Some 3d printed parts of course.
- A piece of plywood 630 x 540mm.
- 4 x 540mm M8 threated rod.
- 16 x M8 nuts.
- 1
