1.85" LED Cluster Spacer

I recently picked up a pair of [Radiantz Dog Eye LED Clusters](https://amzn.to/2qHxMy1) to replace a cluster that had died on my TLR. The old cluster bit it because the wires broke off inside the epoxy backing due to the lousy mounting mechanism of basically a big piece of plastic mashing the back of the housing.
