Gear for Bourg Binder BB2000

A buddy of mine runs a print shop. A gear broke in his old Bourg Binder 2000 machine, and he was unable to find a replacement, so he contacted me, and I made this. We took some measurements and designed a new part using a gear plugin for Inkscape, which I later imported into FreeCAD and drew the final details there.

I printed the part in 100% ABS, and it fit fine. Unfortunately, there was probably a reason the original gear broke. This one broke too after a couple of weeks, and the next repla
