Filament Holder MMU2

I've added a new copy of the wide version with a spot for Festo Holders for those who would like that option. Also a version with 15mm extra internal width. (should be 110mm between the arms now. (120mm total width)

I've also added the Fusion 360 files for anyone who needs to modify this for extra / less width. (All you should need to do is extrude the inner side/outer sides to get the correct width for you
