locking clip for wallcontrol steel pegboard

The pegboard hooks in the original design were a little too big for the thin steel pegboards made by wall control. I decided to customize it and use the peg design from [webgiant's](https://www.thingiverse.com/webgiant/about) pegboard mounting platform and shrink the length by 3.5mm to create this.

The result attaches perfectly to my pegboard. This version is shown installed on the right, holding channel lock pliers.
