With a 0.4mm nozzle should print nicely. I do recommend 0.15mm layers. Or 0.05 even.
No support needed of course. Make sure you place the rubber O-ring from another mouthpiece on the printed one. Else it will just fall out.

Note: Since some people go full haywire on 3d prints and food safety even though there have been zero incidents, use at your own risk, although I do recommend to print this in PLA.

Also, it's recommended to clean mouthpieces daily with alcohol whether they are printed
