Cooling tunnel with cutouts for TMC driver

I replaced the X, Y and Z drivers on my Trigorilla with TMC2130 drivers. This modified cooling tunnel will allow jumper cables to be used on the four serial communication pins that stick out from the TMC2130 driver. SDI, SCK, CS, SDO

This should work with any TMC2XXX driver.

Note: This will NOT allow access to the DIAG pin.
