Extrusion cooling fan-holder/cowling for MakerFarm Prusa i3

I finally got around to redesigning this thing after upgrading my hot end (a long while back, now) to an all-metal hot end. Since it is shorter than the original hot end, my original design hung below the hot end tip, and therefore was not usable.

This design has a simplified shape (a fairly simple funnel). It still mounts to the printer by replacing the left-hand side of the extruder carriage holder, using the original screw and nut.
