This is my first rail guide for mid-power rockets and high power rockets that I have designed. It is a conformal rail guide that will fit 38mm airframe rocketry tubing. It will fit the 1010 size of 8020 aluminum extrusion rail.

There are five basic versions with three different lengths that are designed to be glued on.
Short length is 25.4mm (1 inch) long.
Medium length is 38.1mm (1.5 inches) long.
Long length is 50.8mm (2 inches) long.
