G29 Shift Knob With Switches For ATS/ETS

In SCS Software's American Truck Simulator (ATS) you have the option to use a 13 or 18 speed shifter. If you have the Logitech G29 steering wheel and shifter combination, you would end up having to map two of the buttons on your steering wheel to split gears and select the hi/lo range.
