MakerFarm Prusa i3v Improved End Stop Switch Brackets

The new MakerFarm Prusa i3v printer (with the aluminum V-Slot extrusions) is solid and smooth, but the end-stops leave a little to be desired. The Z stop requires splitting the wood and is still difficult to get aligned to engage the X idler properly. The X stop won't move far enough to the right to use all of the glass.
