Down-Facing MMU2 Festo Holder

I needed an up-and-down Festo holder for my above-the-printer wire shelf MMU spool holder setup. This uses the same Festo knockoff pneumatic connectors as the original. Along with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3113520 I have very little spool friction.
