Dog Bag Carabiner

I remixed the high load carabiner to add a dog bag clip to the back, reduced the size to 75% and made the body symmetrical. Should be strong enough for holding a dog bag holder and a full bag on the clip.

The file has the clip end closer to the body than my test print shows.
