New axle for dive reel

I liked kalazzerx's reel but I wanted the main axle to be a screwed together instead of a spring fit so I re made the axle. I also left the center open with drain holes so weights can be added and water can free flow through for rinsing and ballast (I used a couple of 1/4"-20 nuts). This might also work as a rattle but I have yet to test this underwater.
