This is a specific task: I need a 3 blade spinner but my local hobby shop only have it big spinners. Then I reuse a old 2 blade spinner. It is a Great plane model GPMW 4755, 1 3/4" diameter (45mm). I keep the same screw position and put the propeller accordly.
In the inner surface I have to put a little tab (ballast?)to keep the mass center at the axis, according to the program. The result is great with no appreciable vibration.
