Fidget 'Non-Whistling' Spinner

Fidget Spinner Toy Which Was Designed to Whistle When Rotated (But Doesn't)

Designed with an air intake at each bearing housing which channels air into a chamber with reed.

I was unable to get it to whistle at any speed. Maybe a different reed design required or needs smaller exit port?

Although does not work as intended it still looks o.k. but cannot be used by children (as the air intakes are quite sharp and dangerous
