Panel Mount SuperPID Case

This is based on DKRider's SuperPID case, but modified quite a bit. My setup is entirely controlled by UCCNC, so I did not have the need for the switches or pot. All I wanted was a clean way to mount the SuperPID where I could glance at the display as needed. I also wanted the display centered.
