Smartphone GoPro Mount Offset Tool

I use a GoPro style mount with a suction cup to mount my phone to use for navigation. Because of this I want to block the least amount of the windshield as I have to. The original design attaches to the GoPro mount on the side, which would visually place the phone right next to the "arm" of the suction cup.
