HEVO Triple Z Remix

- fixed few errors in the lm12luu holder


partially tested triple Z remix. If you want the XY idler setup seen in the screenshots, it's my f623ZZ set under my designs. Fairly straightforward design, you need two of the Z bearing mounts, three t8 nut brackets, three 608 bearing brackets, three 40t pulley brackets, one Z motor mount, one tensioner, two Z rod tops and two bottoms. Intended belt alignment is shown in image above. For length, go for 1520mm long closed loop belt.
