Underextrusion, retraction, extra prime and coasting test

This is a simple test developed to show underextrusion on layer start or long travels, as well as test retraction and coasting settings, as they are closely related.
It also helps to show the zit bug in curved walls with Cura.

Modeled for a 0.4 nozzle.

extra prime amount/extra restart distance
z seam alignment


To have the print stick to the bed be sure to have your bed leveled and trammed properly or print with brims.
