I made this stick so that I could play my old classic N64 games again after I got a spinal cord injury (quadriplegic). I used a reproduction controller and I added a new "Z" button and "R" button as shown in the pictures because I couldn't access the original ones.

I hope this stick can help others who allso have poor hand function :)
