Wanhao i3/Monoprice MS RepRapDiscount Full Graphics Smart Controller Case and Adjustable Mount

I recently upgraded my Monoprice Maker Select to a Ramps board and thus had to change the screen to the RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller. Since I was using the original case, I was looking for a way to mount the smart controller without having to drill holes or cut a SD card slot in the case. I remixed the case by N1337XYZ by adding a second set of holes on the back piece in order to screw the mount on.
