Redcat Everest Gen7 Gear cover V2 including Mount

Like they have on the axial's, then I feel the need for a fully closed gearcover

This is a fully closed cover with a mounting plate.

The mountingplate uses the excess thred from the 3 gearbox screws and the motor screws to be fastnend.
The gearcover uses 3 M3x12mm screws

What's changed:
- Different form than V1
- added more space for the spurgear (1mm)
- possible to have stock link position
- screws will fit from both sides
