Breakout PI top for Vesa case

Remixed PI top case with a hole that accommodates a 'Breakout PI+' prototyping board from here: https://www.abelectronics.co.uk/p/59/breakout-pi-plus

(I quite like this board, it has reduced a rats nest of jumpers plus breadboard to something more manageable and durable)

The same top is suitable for PI B 2,3 and 3+ models.
