Prusa MMU2 PTFE Holder M10 Passthrough Adapter with fillet

I was doing something very similar but the original author beat me to the punch. While I certainly liked the original and saw nothing "wrong", I like fillets in places where I feel they might add a bit of strength. Could be a useless remix, but hey..

All I did was add a fillet where the adapter block meets the original design.
