Excellent original design by MartinosNados works very well, but requires a long time to print.
I tweaked the design to print more quickly and eliminate need for supports on my 3D printer:
1) Filled in "i-beam" on one side so that it can print flat on the bed without supports
2) Removed and modified the center section so that it can be supported by a standard 11-m technic beam.
Print flat side down.
