Shoe Base Moulding for 1 inch Hand Rail Baluster.
I needed an easy way to quickly cover the gap around the baluster after installing new flooring. Cutting hundreds of Shoe Base Moulding and installing individually did not appeal to me so I designed and printed my own moulding. With a little bit of Liquid Nails the job was completed and painted. I used 3D Mars Wood PLA.
