CR-10 / CR-10s Dual Extruder Dual Oiler

I found I was getting a lot of filament jams on my TH3d dual extruder with hot end setup from TH3D for my CR-10s. Tim suggested adding a oiler, and that worked, but the only downloadable version that was attached to the printer was for a single extruder. This version is designed to be attached via the two screws holding the Z axis in place, and a through bolt for the tab underneath.
