Bixler 3 / Bix3 replacement wing bolt remix

Replacement Wing Bolt for the Hobbyking Bix3 (Bixler 3).

Thanks to SynarK for the inspiration on this one, I lost a wing bolt and needed a replacement.

This is a remix of SynarK's to:
* Change the end to be pointy
* Narrow the body (cylinder) to fit the hole a little easier
* Flatten one side of the circle at the handle to make it lay flat on the 3D printer bed and ease printing
* Change the handle to round and add a hole to allow a string or wire to be added to avoid losing it
