Tubing separator

Getting ready to do an EFI upgrade to my car and I wanted to make some 3/8" tubing separators. This separator is .5" thick in the direction of the tubing. the outside diameter is a meaty 13/16", I just wanted to make sure it didn't flex or crack or anything. Inside diameter is .39 to handle a little oversizing and each half is extruded back from the split line .02" to provide a tight clamp. for holding it all together, it's setup for a 1/4" across the flats nut with a 10-24 thread and a .69" OAL
