The model was designed in conjunction my daughter, and from there the hands grew as a base for the Menorah.
Chanukah is the holiday of unity of all the people of Israel and therefore the chosen base is the Star of David. In the upper decoration, an olive leaf is chosen as a symbol of peace that will grow only if we are all chosen to focus on light than in the dark.
For the candle holder I made cement mold for isolating the fire.
