Remix o zumili's design.

Changed to fit on a Nexus2 walking aid (Rollator) and a smaller stick (19mm OD)

Top holder: Changed mounting hole to fit the 22.2mm tube of Nexus 2, made longer (47mm) and changed bracket to hold 19mm stick

Bottom cup: Changed mounting hole to fit the 26.8mm tube of Nexus 2.
