Mazda Miata MX-5 NC Pedal Stopper

This is a Mazda Miata MX-5 NC (2005-2015) clutch and brake pedal stopper. The original stoppers (especially the clutch stopper) tend to disintegrate with age - mine lasted about 10 years.

Mazda does not list this as an individual part so it is almost impossible to find a replacement and I've not had luck trying to find something generic that fits (like an M5 bolt and nut). The stoppers for NA/NB are unfortunately 1mm too small.
