Anti-Backlash Nut

I was needing some type of anti backlash nut for a project that Im working on, and didnt want to put alot of money into it, so I designed this. Its for a 5/16th nut/rod or 8mm nut/rod, also I believe that 1/4th inch acme rod has the same nut size also, so it can be used with this too.
