CR-10_Dial_indicator

I started with the pretty good model from DanRayol but it was pretty tight fitting and not finished.
i made the dial gauge fit better and increased the clearance for the part cooling fan air exit. Removed most of the back.
also changed the screw holes to M8 and added two for holding the dial from the top.
This design prints with less support and are about 15% lighter.
if you print it true to size the screws are probably overkill, it fits snug on the fan shroud and a 70mm dial gauge is also
