Gaslands Shifter V1

I was a bit bored/ frustrated using using dice and counters for recording car info in Gaslands, so I came up with this shifter, inspired by a [laser cut wood design by Burn In Designs](https://www.burnindesigns.net/p/welcome-to-welcome-to-gaslands-where-we.html).

The basic idea is that the speedo measures the hull of your car, the shifter measures your gear, the right hand dice holder measures hazards, the left hand dice holder can measure something else (ammo, current gear phase or turn, etc
