Brasscraft Shutoff Valve Handle Grip

I made this because I have some shutoff valves in my house that are bit stuck (and plastic), and I didn't feel like I could turn it without breaking the handle, so I made a little sleeve to turn it with more even force. I added a 8mm hex cylinder to it so you can use a socket if you need to, but I did not test how well that works, as I was able to just turn mine by hand. The fit isn't super tight, but that was intentional since there's probably some variation in the type of shutoff valve handles
